Dorota Pietryka

Dorota Pietryka is a Wealth Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Compass Private Wealth, bringing 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Compass, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch. She is known for her disciplined approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping clients make confident financial decisions. Dorota is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and holds a finance degree from Baruch College, CUNY. 

For Dorota, financial planning is personal. She takes the time to understand her clients’ aspirations and the life they want to build, guiding them thoughtfully and with genuine care. 

Family is at the center of Dorota’s life. She lives in Colonia, NJ with her husband, Radoslaw, and their two sons, David and Jacob. She loves traveling, camping, and creating meaningful experiences together. Outside of family time, Dorota enjoys live performances—especially musicals—and RENT remains her favorite show on Broadway. She also loves reading and speaks Polish fluently after living in Poland for 11 years.
